Charlotte moved to St. George in 2004 from South Carolina and fell in love with the people and places of Southern Utah. She is a graduate of Clemson University where she earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. Charlotte and her husband, Jack, have a teenage son, Daniel. Charlotte serves on committees for her church, and has served as local president and state treasurer of the Women's Council of Realtors. Charlotte also has served as chairperson for public relations committee for the Washington County Board of Realtors and as a member of their education committee. As a strong supporter of education, Charlotte has earned many designations. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified International Property Specialist, Professional Management Network member, certified as ePro and a Graduate Realtor Institute designee.
Charlotte has over 6 years of Real Estate experience and enjoys the combination of working with her clients and the problem solving involved in working to help those clients though the most valuable purchase and sale many make in their lives. Her engineering experience has enhanced her Real Estate career. Charlotte calls on her management experience, the ability to logically view alternative options, and the desire to proactively manage transactions to provide excellent care with sound business objectives to her clients. Charlotte has attracted a strong base of investors who benefit from her knowledge of Self Directed IRAs, 1031 Exchanges, rental properties, etc. Residential clients benefit from her extensive social involvement, networking and can be assured of the right fit for their needs. Charlotte prides herself on being an information provider rather than a 'sales person' and draws on her southern upbringing which values respect and strong ethics in negotiating for her clients.
